We are thrilled to welcome back 9-time Grammy-nominated jazz vocalist Tierney Sutton to the Wichita Jazz Festival!

With a recording and touring history spanning over 20 years and 9 CDs, The Tierney Sutton Band is known for their imaginative and groundbreaking treatments of well-known songs and received a Grammy nomination for “Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocals”, the first band ever to receive this honor. The Tierney Sutton Band is comprised of Sutton and instrumental virtuosos Clarence Penn, Trey Henry and Mitch Forman.
